It’s a perfect room to place the little one down for a nap or a quiet place to work while the rest of the group enjoys the living room nearby. Down the hall, the central area has an open concept layout, where the living room is inviting and boasts a gas fireplace, a piano, and seating for everybody. The gourmet chef’s kitchen includes high-end appliances, a pantry with plenty of room to store groceries, a center island with a stainless sink, room to prep food, and a breakfast bar. An elegant formal dining room is feet away from a sliding door leading to the back patio, making entertaining a breeze. A half bathroom and laundry area for convenience are around the corner.
