This casually elegant 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home can accommodate up to eight guests. On the middle floor, the Primary Bedroom features French doors, a queen bed, cable TV, a luxurious bathroom—complete with a pebbled floor, walk-in shower, and vessel sinks—and a balcony facing the beautiful Pacific. The second bedroom, also on the middle floor, has a queen bed, a private balcony, and its own en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and vessel sink. The very private bonus room on the first floor can sleep two additional guests in a comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed and two more on the queen sofa sleeper. The bonus room also features a full bathroom, cozy gas fireplace, cable TV, and a private patio. It’s just one step off the patio and directly onto the soft sands of Rockaway Beach.

This charming beach house is a one-level gem in the village of Manzanita. Nestled between trees, you will find this home in a quiet location while still within easy reach of Manzanita Beach, downtown shopping, and restaurants. A quick 5-minute walk down to the beach and less than 10 minutes to town. Furnished with modern beach decor, the home offers a comfortable ambiance that sets the scene for an unforgettable and relaxing vacation.

In the main living space, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with black stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher for those easy clean-ups. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for three and a dining table with seating for six. The warm and inviting living area is wrapped in windows with plenty of seating to enjoy a movie on the streaming smart TV. Bring your favorite DVDs for the DVD player and make an evening by the fireplace.

Both bedrooms have new, high-end mattresses with plush linens and pillows. The primary has a king bed with an ensuite 1/2 bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle and a Pack ‘n Play crib in the closet.

You will love the outdoor space. Unwind on the large, west-facing furnished deck and take in the sounds of the Pacific Northwest or fire up the gas grill for perfect summertime cookouts complete with outdoor furniture. Awave Away has a fully fenced-in deck and back area for your one well behaved dog over the age of two.

Just a five-minute walk to the beach and under ten minutes to downtown Manzanita, Ahoy Matey is comfortably furnished with everything you need for a relaxing getaway at the beach.

Entering the home from the side porch, you step into the open floor plan with comfortable sofas arranged around a beautiful, built-in gas fireplace, a well-stocked kitchen, and a spacious dining area with seating for six. There is additional seating for three at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, utensils, and other small appliances you may need to enjoy a family meal.

The hallway has a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. There are three bedrooms, all located downstairs. Two bedrooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed. Near the bedrooms are a full bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

Upstairs this home has a loft with a queen sized futon and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing even more space for your family to spread out. We have a TV with plenty of movies, a DVD player, and a Roku for streaming your favorites. Challenge the family to play one of the many fun games in the house when you’re not out enjoying all Manzanita has to offer!

“Ahoy Matey” is a darling classic beach cabin in Tierra Del Mar with a fenced back yard and fun pirate playhouse. This home is cozy but spacious and is full of interesting decor, games, toys and furnishings. It is a classic family beach cabin that has been cherished and enjoyed over the years, making it the perfect place to relax and create some new great memories. It is safely situated on a quiet, dead-end street, with a quick 1/2 block walk to the beach access. The back yard is fenced and has a super fun and creative pirate ship play area off of the sheltered back deck. There are toys, games, cable TV, WIFI making this a fantastic family choice.
