It has been renovated with an ideal balance of higher end features & cottage charm. The primary suite was renovated in 2016 and the original cottage structure was renovated in 2020. Fondly known as “The Bath House” among locals, this cottage was originally built in the 1920s as a public bath house for beach goers & was converted to a private residence in the 1940s. It is a cherished piece of history along the Oregon coast, situated very close to Proposal Rock. The floor to ceiling windows in the back look out upon the large yard & deck which features outdoor dining areas, couch & swivel gliders with fire table, outdoor shower, cobblestone paths that wrap around the cottage, a sandy fire-pit, and a cedar picket fence which fully encloses the yard for privacy. Sleeps up to 6 people 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Full kitchen. Roku TV (no cable channels).

Fish for salmon or crab out the front door, or canoe or kayak the estuary. Nature conservancy trailhead is a 10 minute walk. Cascade Head is south of Neskowin, north of Lincoln City.
