Snuggled within a landscape of spruce and pines on the north coast is a pretty little oceanside city boasting a stretch of seven miles of pristine white sandy beachfront. Can’t find a parking spot at one of the larger hustling, bustling, crowded and bigger beach towns on the Oregon coast? We’ve saved you a spot.
The most photographed scenery on the Oregon Coast
Did you know that Manzanita holds the title of having the third-most photographed scenery in all of Oregon? Maybe that’s because you can get a picture of the scenery without too many beach bodies scattered throughout the shot. The Manzanita weather is perfect, spend a day at the beach with the sun, while other areas of the Oregon coast are covered in clouds.
Lots of outdoor activities and boutique shopping
Manzanita is a lovely, walkable town, offering boutique shopping, golfing, surfing, horseback riding, kayaking, paddle boarding and bicycle rentals, as well as a fabulous seasonal farmers market. Drive up to nearby Oswald West State Park while you’re in town, for some nature-filled fun.
Relax at the spa, and enjoy fine dining
Unwind at Spa Manzanita with a relaxing massage, mani/pedi, re-mineralizing body treatment, or ocean salt scrub. For all things food there is everything from fine dining at Blackbird and Neahkahnie Bistro, to casual dining at Bread Ocean, Left Coast Siesta and Marzano’s Pizza Pie.
