TLC Fibre Federal Credit Union is headquartered in Tillamook. Members are eligible to join if they live or work in Tillamook, Lincoln, Clatsop, or Columbia counties in Oregon; or Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, or Pacific counties in Washington. As a not-for-profit, member-owned financial cooperative, TLC has better rates and fewer fees than you’ll find elsewhere. In addition to Tillamook, TLC has 13 branches in Lincoln City, Newport, Astoria, Seaside, and Rainer, Oregon, as well as Longview, Kelso, Kalama, Woodland, and Castle Rock, Washington.
