Attention: Current grant holders and new applicants
Tillamook Coast Visitors Association is now using a grant management software program, called Foundant. It is used by Travel Oregon, Oregon Parks and Recreation, Autzen Foundation, Roundhouse Foundation and many other organizations. It provides greater transparency for TCVA and an easier application process for the applicant.
NOTE: If you have a current active grant – tourism facilities, tourism marketing, or a city of Manzanita marketing grant – you can login here. Enter the email associated with the grant. Click on “Forgot Your Password?” to create a new password. The next time you login with your email, the password will automatically be added.

What can you apply for? The following grants open on October 1, 2024
- Tourism-related facilities grants are available to agencies, special districts and nonprofits. Click here for grant criteria and eligible projects. Funded by Tillamook County lodging tax and managed by TCVA.
- Tourism marketing grants are available to tourism businesses and nonprofits. Click here for grant criteria and eligible projects. Funded by TCVA budget.
- City of Manzanita off-season marketing grants, managed by TCVA, are available to tourism businesses and nonprofits located in Manzanita. Click here for grant criteria and eligible projects. Funded by city of Manzanita lodging tax.
Did you know?
Since 2015, $5 million dollars in tourism facilities grants have been awarded for infrastructure projects, $5 million invested in additional infrastructure projects, and $1.2 million in marketing grants and sponsorships provided to community businesses and nonprofits. Tillamook County is the only county in Oregon that uses the majority of its lodging tax for community investments and destination management.
