Order some fish and chips from the the Fisherman’s Korner, or take home fish of the Tillamook Coast by purchasing products from The Spot, Source, or Fishpeople Seafood. Rather have food from the land? Pop over to the family-owned Garibaldi Portside Bistro where they specialize in BBQ. Bring home a local coffee roast from Garibaldi Roasting Company and brew memories of the Tillamook Coast at home.

Outdoor Explorers

Relax as you watch commercial and recreational fishers hoist their catches of Dungeness crab, ling cod, rock fish, and even the occasional octopus onto the docks of the Garibaldi Pier, just as they have for many decades. To get a more up close and personal view, hire a fishing guide and catch your dinner, or spend the day kayaking.

Cultural Travelers

Pier’s End Boathouse is worth a visit, not only because it offers a unique vantage point for viewing Tillamook Bay, but because the decommissioned U.S. Coast Guard lifeboat station represents the region’s maritime history. Then, head down the street to get some background info on what you just saw at the Garibaldi Maritime Museum. When the dinner bell rings, climb aboard the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad and enjoy a dinner train on a historic steam locomotive.
