Adolescent Sports Physical Event – Pacific City

Save the date for our summer event providing a sports physical for youth ages 12–21. Immunizations and lab testing provided as needed. No out-of-pocket costs.
Events will also be held from 3 – 7 p.m. in Tillamook on Wednesday, August 13, and in Manzanita on Friday, August 15.
