Child Birthing Class – Free

Adventist Health Tillamook’s One-Day Childbirth Prep in-person class equips new parents for their childbirth journey. This class covers signs of labor, stages of labor, what to bring to the hospital, natural pain management, breathing techniques, C-sections, pain control options, postpartum healing for mom and much more. It is ideal to attend this class well before your due date, preferably in your second trimester, when you are more likely to feel your best.

Classes are intended for expectant mothers and their coaches. If you are coughing or feeling sick, we kindly ask that you work with our team to reschedule your class or tour. This class is currently only offered in English; Spanish coming soon.
