Buying a house is a huge leap- some people describe themselves as scared, overwhelmed by the process, not sure where to start, or worried they won’t qualify. This workshop is designed to meet you where you are: even if that’s a few years away from making the leap.
Together, Denise and Sierra will introduce the process, explaining the roles of real estate agent and lender, what you’ll need to have ready for each step: prequalification, making an offer, loan application, escrow, and closing. We’ll run through some real time scenarios with properties that are currently on the market, and would be happy to talk out any questions or scenarios that you’re going through. Registration is not required, and attending the workshop is not a commitment of any kind.
