Crystal Sound Bowl Meditation, Join us for a peaceful and restorative Sound Bowls experience at the Kiawanda Community Center. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls designed to help you relax, reset, and recharge. All are welcome come unwind, breathe deeply, and enjoy a calming moment for mind and body in a warm community space.
All levles welcome, beginner freindly.
