Wood-fired Napoletana style pizza in the Port of Garibaldi. Our oven, made from the ashes of Mt. Vesuvius, is fired up to over 800 degrees to bake the best pizza in under 3 minutes! Our freshly made dough is made in-house and requires a minimum 3 day ferment. This develops the flavor and structure of our crust, the foundation of our delicious pizza. All of our ingredients, from pepperoni to house-made Italian sausage to fresh mozzarella to Italian tomatoes, are the highest quality and locally sourced (when able). We let the ingredients speak for themselves in the taste of our pizzas. We also provide vegan cheese and a gluten-free pizza, though our kitchen is not a gluten free environment. Our gelato is made from scratch in small batches. Our seasonal offerings share the best flavors of Oregon’s bounty including marionberry, strawberry, pear, raspberry or cranberry.
