Explore the life of 18th-century sailors, get to know explorer Captain Robert Gray and his historic vessels, and learn about the founding of Garibaldi. The native peoples’ exhibit features baskets, tools and arts. With 8,000 square feet of space, the museum offers interactive exhibits, artifacts, photo collections and videos.

The Garibaldi library offers books, DVD’s, audiobooks, and other items for all ages and features three public computers and an extensive Westerns collection.

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, spending most of my life in Oregon.  My experience with clay began in high school and continued on to the University of Oregon where I earned a BFA in ceramics in 2003.  I have been teaching and selling my work professionally for the past 17 years.  I currently work out of my studio/gallery in downtown TIllamook, and have the encouragement and support of a loving husband, two doggy mutts and one crazy cat.

The Latimer Center’s collection includes quilts from the mid-nineteenth century to the present, quilt blocks, quilt templates and fabric samples.

The mission of the Monday Musical Club of Tillamook is to bring to life and support the musical arts in Tillamook County, to ensure access to music for people of all ages and abilities, and to nurture a love of music throughout the community.

New artwork is displayed each month. Provides a unique venue for viewing and purchasing original works of art.

The North Tillamook Library offers library materials to residents of all ages in the beautiful coastal hamlet of Manzanita.

Enjoy the beautiful Oregon coastline by riding the rails behind a historic steam locomotive. This scenic trip hugs along Tillamook Bay and the Pacific Ocean, giving you a glimpse of what train travel was like in the early 20th century. Special excursions and dinner trains are scheduled throughout the year, including the Fall Excursion trip into the Nehalem River Canyon.

Oregon DuDrops are a tribute to the beauty of creation and a celebration of life-giving Oregon rain.

Displays work by 125 local and Northwest artists.

The South Tillamook County Library in Pacific City also serves Cloverdale, Hebo, Beaver, and Neskowin with a wonderful library featuring views of the Nestucca River.

TAPA produces and presents live theatre at The Barn Community Playhouse, 12th and Ivy in Tillamook and offers workshops and courses in the dramatic arts.

The Tillamook Library houses the majority of the Tillamook County collection as well as community meeting rooms, public internet access, and printing facilities.

Founded in 1935 by the Tillamook Pioneer Association, the museum began as one room in the old 1905 county courthouse. Today, the collection has expanded to three floors. The Natural History Room is one of the best collections of birds and animals on the Oregon Coast. Displays include histories of native peoples, the first pioneers, logging and the dairy industry. Special exhibits are regularly displayed, and annual events, such as the Festival of Trees, are popular with locals and visitors.

The first of its kind on the West Coast, the Quilt Trail showcases the heritage of historic barns and buildings throughout Tillamook County with handpainted wooden blocks featuring quilt designs, both traditional and modern. Whether by car or on foot, this selfguided tour is a history of dairy farms and coastal culture. The quilt trail is also a geocache treasure hunt.

Wild Coast Goods is a collaboration between Ashley Mersereau and Justin Bailie, both working artists who were born and raised on the north Oregon coast. Ashley has been making jewelry full time under the name Roots & Wings for nearly a decade, and Justin has been a full time photographer for 15+ years, working with clients such as Travel Oregon, Patagonia, National Geographic, Fly Fish Journal, etc.
