Auto DraftCulinary Connoisseur

Specializing in farm-to-table and sea-to-table, The Schooner Restaurant & Lounge in Netarts serves delicious meals using the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. It is also popular for its outdoor grill, seating with spectacular views, and its full bar, which includes an extensive wine cellar. Foodies will enjoy visiting Jacobsen Salt Company on Netarts Bay, where you can purchase gourmet sea salt from the source.

The Blue Agate Café is one of the Tillamook Coast’s best-kept secrets for breakfast. Order a cup of coffee, snuggle up to a window, and watch the waves crash on the shore as you wait for your freshly prepared meal. The village restaurant, Roseanna’s Café, provides spectacular views from its windows.

Outdoor Explorers

Along the Three Capes Scenic Route are the bayfront communities of Netarts and Oceanside. Home to spectacular headlands and a pristine beachfront, visitors come to Netarts for its unmarred beauty and the invigorating outdoor activities it offers: crabbing, fishing, clamming, and even scuba diving. Didn’t get your crab today? Pick a live one from the tank at the historic general store on Crab Avenue.

Less than a half mile away is Three Arch Rocks National Wildlife Refuge, the first National Wildlife Refuge established west of the Mississippi. Auto DraftThree Arch Rocks hosts the only site on the North Coast for pupping sea lions. It is also home to the largest breeding colony of tufted puffins, recognizable by their orange beaks and long yellow heads.

Restful Retreater

Oceanside is built upon a steep hillside that overlooks the beachfront and offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. As you walk along the beach, you will discover a tunnel through one of the vertical sea cliffs leading to yet another beautiful beach to explore. Just up the road is the iconic Cape Meares Lighthouse.

Stay at Three Arch Inn for views of the ocean.
